We dig deep to quantify and discover your true needs up front rather than implement a solution based upon perceived needs. Understanding your vision, mission, and goals are vital to planning and the discovery of your needs. Once we understand what you need, we can begin the process of shaping a solution.

2. Controls Perspective
We have a controls perspective that has convinced us that in any project, the real value lies with the brains of the system. We will work with you to determine the best mechanical solution: conveyors, machines, robots, pneumatics, and other components are necessary for a turnkey workable solution. The difference maker is the controls system which can be very, very smart, and capable of providing you with vital information and the ability to manipulate your process as you see fit.

3. KSolutions is a manufacturer
We share the same struggles, problems, and “pains” that you do. We have our own 100,000 foot manufacturing facility that has constant challenges with employee turnover, inefficient machines, quality issues, process and flow down time, and automation concerns. We may not be privy to your unique challenges yet, but we can certainly empathize with your situation. We use our own “consulting expertise” and three phase approach to find solutions to our own internal problems.

4. Your situation is unique
You have unique problems that require custom solutions. We do not try to make you fit into our canned solution package. We will investigate, research, observe, and ask you the right questions in order to discover what your distinctive issues are. Although worthwhile investments, programs such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP Consultation are not a part of our offering. We will work in conjunction with your already implemented programs, but KSolutions strives to identify those key areas of improvement that will provide the greatest return on your investment.

5. Implementation is our specialty
While other firms “consult and leave,” KSolutions will manage the entire project from commissioning of construction through final debug and production startup. For 34 years, our customer’s have told us that we are not afraid to “get our hands dirty.” Constant communication, planning, strict adherence to a milestone schedule, and systems that minimize downtime are all requirements of a successful project. Because of our experiences of working with the Detroit Three, our automotive background has molded us into a company that thrives on project management. Our desire to close the loop sets us apart.

Many of our people grew up on a farm not far from our headquarters in Salina, Kansas. Our value is the vast experience we have in a variety of industries and in a variety of manufacturing challenges. There is no need to administer several contracts to several entities for the implementation–one PO is all the end user/customer needs. One source of accountability is the value. Whatever the system requires, KSolutions has 34 years experience with many different specialists in industrial projects. We will formulate and manage a team of partners that are tailored toward the project needs and then manage the entire project as your single point of contact: electrical and mechanical engineering, material and equipment fabrication or purchase, mechanical and electrical installation, pneumatic installation, startup, debug and production standby.

8. Objective analysis and unbiased solutions
KSolutions has no products or agreements with any vendors that can influence a solution. We truly seek the best solution without bias.
