	Kasa Industrial Controls forms Joint Venture: Kasa Anlagen Expanding our global footprint in providing automation and controls solutions, Kasa has entered into a joint venture with Elektro Anlagen of India. Addressing a press conference on January 27, 2011, Sundarram Balaji, Managing Director of Elektro Anlagen said the conversion into a joint venture would help the company expand its global footprint and offer new solutions. Dan Stutterheim, President of Kasa Controls said the joint venture would emerge as a total solutions provider for electric and electronic needs of companies across the canvas.
